Training bookings (in-person & scheduled live online)
Booking & refunds: All training fees are payable in full at the time of booking and are non-refundable.
Terms & Conditions – Fees
Admin fee (non-refundable): £185 payable for our PCO/TfL application service. This includes the £50 booking fee and covers document checks, case setup, appointments, drafting and correspondence.
Disbursements: (e.g., TfL/DBS/medical/test fees) are non-refundable once paid to third parties.
Distance selling / early start
If you purchase online or by phone, you have a 14-day cooling-off right unless you ask us to start immediately. By opting to start within 14 days, you agree that:
- If you cancel before completion, we may retain payment pro-rata for work done (minimum retention: the £185 admin fee).
- Once the service is fully performed (e.g., your application is prepared and/or submitted), the cooling-off right is lost and no refund is due.
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights.
Client cooperation & non-response
- First 7-day notice: if we request information, you must respond within 7 days of our email.
- Second 7-day notice: if you do not respond, we will send a second email giving a further 7 days to reply.
- Closure for non-response: if there is still no reply by the stated deadlines, we may treat the matter as abandoned, close your file, and retain the £185 admin fee (which includes the £50 booking fee) for services intended and undertaken to progress your application. Disbursements already paid remain non-refundable.
After closure, we will not continue acting. If you wish to pursue a licence, you must re-apply independently or via a third-party provider.
Communication
Requests and notices are sent to your nominated email and are deemed received when sent. You are responsible for keeping contact details up to date and checking spam/junk.
