What Is a PCO Licence?
A PCO (Private Hire Driver) Licence is issued by Transport for London and is mandatory for anyone driving with Uber, Bolt, Ola or any PH operator in London.
Who Can Apply?

- Hold a full UK driving licence for at least 3 years
- Pass a TfL medical exam
- Pass an Enhanced DBS check
