PCO Licence Submission Package – Appointment Details

You have booked in for a PCO Licence Application Submission Package.

On your appointment day please bring the following documents:
1/ One Passport sized Photograph
2/ Driving License (Photocard)
3/ Passport Residence Permit or EU ID Card
4/ DBS Certificate or E Number
5/ Proof of National Insurance
6/ Topographical Certificate (If applicable)
7/ Your completed Medical Check Form
8/ The Fee (£40) Payable via cash

Don’t worry, if you can’t manage to bring all the above documents with you on your appointment day – you can provide them via email or in person after your appointment.

Cancellation Policy.

All appointment booking fees are non-refundable. If you wish to amend your appointment this can only be done by giving a minimum 24 hours notice. If a minimum of 24 hours notice is not provided, a further booking fee will be required before another appointment can be booked.
